Course Description

Grounded in the command to teach God’s Word diligently across generations, this course explores the diverse ways God equips His people for ministry. We move beyond theory to provide practical tools for making disciples of all nations, as commissioned in Matthew 28:18–20. From examining church history to mastering age-specific teaching methods, students will learn how to lead edifying ministries in any setting—whether in a mid-week study or a one-on-one conversation. You will gain the skills needed to recruit and encourage volunteers while fostering your own lifelong growth as a teacher of the Word.

4“Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the Lord is one! 5 You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.”

Matthew 28:18–20

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, immersing (baptizing) them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

 2 Timothy 3:14–17

You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 15 and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
