Our ministry is participation in the ongoing ministry of Jesus. All Christians are in ministry. God works in us and through us to accomplish His purposes while simultaneously transforming us into the image of His Son as we work with Him. Jesus worked with individuals, small and medium sized groups and large public crowds. Ministry is service to God and people: Christians serving others for their benefit, salvation and edification. Jesus’ diverse earthly ministry included the dimensions of: 1) gospel preaching, 2) teaching, 3) meeting physical needs and healing and 4) making disciples and leaders. This ministry experience credit provides practical experience in one of the four main areas of Jesus’ ministry in the local assembly and community settings.
