Ministry Experience II Syllabus

“Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.” — Isaiah 64:8

Theological reflection is the heart of ministry formation. In the busyness of active ministry, it is easy to forget to pause and notice how God is at work in our lives and communities. Taking time to reflect and seek His guidance prepares us to serve others with clarity and purpose.

Set in a collaborative small-group environment, Ministry Formation helps you develop active listening skills, ask meaningful questions, and learn alongside peers. Through shared readings and thoughtful discussion, you will cultivate the discernment needed to better hear and learn from God—the one who ultimately shapes and forms us.
